how do you remove the glass door in a AEG Competence single oven?
Have tried to remove the glass door on my AEG Competence single oven without success, the 2 retainig clips are easy to undo but the manual says you must lift door up until you feel resistance - but nothing happens. Don't want to break the glass so would rather wait and get apossible solution.
