We have Rehau double glazed window fitted with MILA lock mechanism. The top half of the lock works but not the bottom half. Obviously it is not catching on the bottom part of the lock.

Do we need to remove the glass to get to the lock?? any ideas please

if all the locks move when you lift the handle then it`s just the bottom keep that needs to be moved. simply unscrew and move to desired location then re-screw. the screws will be self-tapping screws, a cordless screw-driver is the best thing to use. if you need to remove the locking mechanism then un-screw the handle and remove and then take screws out of the lock-strip and pull out.
