How do I fix fault A-10?

I have a fault code of A-10 flashing on the digital pannel of my dishwasher, the unit is a Hotpoint Model FDF 780 X.

The book recomends calling a service eng, but I was told there is a rest code that will solve the error?

Can anyone help please.

I take it you mean a reset code? I think it unlikely that any code will solve the problem if your heating element has failed. Try replacing the heating element.
