My Zanussi ZWF 1621 W will not empty?

Hi

Our machine has been working fine and today it has not washed through the conditioner and during the same cycle it will not drain away. We have tried to start other things such as spin but it makes no difference.

remove the filter at the bottom right corner.Once filter has been removed shine a torch in to the filter housing and check the drain pump impellor rotates freely
