my Stoves gas oven will not come out of automatic i have tried to do it following instructions from the manual but it still will not come on

Cycle power off and then on again - the digital clock should then flash - set the time - any time will do the oven is not aware of the real time.

On my stoves cooker there are 5 buttons - press and hold buttons 2 & 3 from the left and use the plus/minus buttons for time setting.
