GE refrigerator, water dispenser doesn't work, ice maker does, where in the water line could be a problem, or even in electronics...thanks

I have the same problem. I determined that the water line, inside the refrigerator is blocked with ice. I've blown it out, a couple of times, with an air compressor. It works for a while, then it freezes up again. It's not worth it to me to take the fridge apart, to fix it.
