Zanussi Aquacycle 1000 F1045W Not draining. No water reaching drain pump?
Zanussi Aquacycle 1000 F1045W. Water in drum does not drain at all. All other programs working.
No water reaching drain pump but the pump motor runs ok. Filter is clear.
Where is the blockage?
Thanks for that - couldn't see any obstruction in the hose between the drum and the drain pump. Is there a way of getting at the inside of the drum where it drains?

remove the bottom tube hose.if it has the recovery ball fitted then it might be blocked there.lay machine on its back this will let water run in to the tub.undo the 7mm clamp nut from the tub hose and pull off.clean hose out
