Help needed for cook works bread maker?

Hi, I brought a new Cookworks bread machine (Model: CBM-700) but unfortunately I do not have a user manual or recipe book. I do not know in which order the ingredients have to be added to the machine. Can any one help me with this. I do not want to bin my new bread maker.... :(
