I have a rover 45 1.8 saloon,the blowers dont work on any of the dial settings. I have checked the internal fuse under steering wheel that seems ok. Any advise would be brill thanks.

You may have long life platinum plugs fitted & you may be able to do 30,000 miles before they need changing.If it starts & run ok i wouldn't worry too much about them
