Leyland DAF 45 Roadrunner 1996 Heater blower?

On my 1996 Leyland Daf Roadrunner horsebox turning on the heater blower blows the fuse that is common to the windscreen wipers.
What might be causing this and how do you get at the blower.

remove heater blower and test with a battery it maybe seized

hi pete, not quite sure on that, but you may be able to look up from underside and see motor assy, i think it is in front of rad[ but not used to fixed cab set-up,allways tilted cab for access.]if behind would never blow cold as would be drawing air from hot radiator!

Hi
Thanks for responce.
This is a fixed cab coachbuild.
Is the blower mounted in front of the radiator, if so can it be accessed by removing the front panel which contains the indicators.

if you tilt cab you can access motor assy from underside, held on with [i think] either 4 or 6 nuts, the motor tends to sieze up and fuse blows. spray fixings with wd 40 as they tend to be very tight and may snap off.
