Samsung fridge freezer flow light not working and alarm keeps going off?

Although the door is closed properly the alarm keeps sounding every few minutes. The flow light is not on and the fan in the inside at the back of the fridge is not rotating. The freezer seems ok. What is happening has my fridge packed in but the freezer still ok?
