How do I fix my fridge freezer (Brandt, stand alone fridge freezer)?

Hi

I have a frost free, stand alone Brandt fridge-freezer. The freezer door was left open for approx 8hrs. Now, after a few days, the freezer will not freeze anything. the fridge is working though. Can you suggest how i fix this?
