my oven is not working the grill works and the fan comes on but the oven does not heat up

the element and themostat have probably gone, mine's just done the same. Exactly the same problem grill will work but oven wont heat up. go to 4delonghi.co.uk to get spares element £36 and thermostat £35 very easy to change, took me 25 minutes but isolate first from mains. Working fine now.
