I have a sat receiver which I purchased from lidl about 5 years ago its digital and receives German channels and Eurosport which I can tune to english, but the channels seem preset and I have lost the instructions is there anyway I can scan it for other channels as there are many more than the 30 or so that I can get at present.

if you go into the menu. and go to installation, and go to the satellite list , pick Astra 28.2. and scan that one, you should get bbc1 utv, itv ect. but you will have to move the dish a little, to find the astra 28.2. as it looks like you have the dish at . astra19. somebody will give you more advice , here with this problem..
