yes lights come on and it sounds like its searching but then message 'start up repair can not repair this computer automatically' error code 0 x 0

disconnect everything 1 by 1 from the motherboard and then reconnect each bit just in case there is a bad connection somewhere.does the harddrive light come on/flash as though its trying to read data from it?
