Central locking prob. Vauxhall astra hatchback 07?

Central locking does not work. New battery in fob, car battery healthy and fuses good. Using key in drivers door only locks /unlocks same door. Boot locked and cannot open, locking passenger door manually. System just failed, no work being carried out.

i couldn't open my car boot,yet the other doors opened and closed without any problems.i was informed all i had to do was to replace the 10amp fuse in the engine compartment.it also worked my window washer motor.
