Recently a number of programmes that I have set up to record have failed to do so. I'm aware of the fact that only two programmes can be recorded at the same time and that a third programme cannot be viewed during this time. When pressing the i button on the remote the message says that the programme failed to record due to Technical Fault 11. What does this refer to?
