operating instructions on creda storage heaters?

Hi
I have just moved into a flat with night storage heaters but dont know how to operate them.Do I leave the wall socket on all the time? They are creda model no 79258. They dont have a timer,not sure how old they are.

yes, only put socket off when you don`t want them on at all, if they`re like mine, controls are on the top under small door, control on left is for how much heat you want to let out, control on right is for how hot you want heater to go to 1 is low 6 is high.
