hoover hsw110m washer dryer wont spin?

hi, my hoover hsw110m washer dryer wont spin. it starts up ok wen it trys to spin it wont and if it does it makes a creaking noise. someone did say it might be the bearings? cheers

Its usually a blocked pump, I know cause all my washing machine have got to the stage were they did not spin and it has always been the pump.
