remove the inlet valve at the back and you will see a tube attached to it.pull the tube off the inlet valve and let the water come out.now blow down the tube (might need something to extend it or a bike pump).reassemble it and test.if the valve keeps locking out with water in the tube it might be because there is a blockage somewhere and you will need to sort this out!
