I got my zen micro and it will go to the start screen and then shut off but it only turns on when plugged into the computer cause i lost the charger but do i really need it or can i just use the computer? Also i can hear the clicking sound and can see the charging sign but i don't know whats wrong can somebody help?

lock your zen plugged up to the computer and it will charge.

well i think u need the charger. it needs power. try taking the batt out and put it back on or try to reset it.
