how can i fix my fan oven cookworks signature mm55587?

the grill works and the oven fan works but the oven will not heat up what is wrong is the element or selector switch

It's very likely the element has gone! We've replaced ours 4 times now.

I would say it is the switch. Ours went after 3 months and I think it has gone again. Not impressed.
