my electronic 800 deluxe 9526 washing machine wont spin?

my electronic 800 deluxe 9526 washing machine wont spin and the door isnt locking either it does the cycle as normal but when is gets to spin it jus makes a noise and i can open the door!! please help ive got uniforms to wash!!!

I think you may have 2 seperate problems. For the lack of spin I would replace the motor brushes. They're usually fairly easy to do. Buy them off ebay or your local domestic appliance place.
