challenge extreme hammer drill ?

recently i have broke my drill and i was wondering how to fix it the part that broke is the chuck bit does not lock in is it worth repairing ?

A chuck is probaly a 10/15 quid and the challenge extreme is probaly 30/40 quid. If you buy from Argos again I think they extended warranties for afew quid. Might be worth it on a cheap diy item.
