hey guys, im with sky and their broadband on all the computers at my house are running at 2.2mb and sometimes slower than dial up!


sky have no help with this issue i am extensively pc knowledgeable and cant seem to fix this all 3 pc's are new

help would be very appreciated

The top speed that you get is function of the length and quality of the telephone line between you and the local Exchange. Nothing can be done about that.

However the differences in speed can because by may things.

For example, if it you have Sky Connect then I am afraid that nothing can be done about the slow speeds at peak times. It is feature of the service. The only thing that you can do in that case is move to another ISP.
