I have a Santo AEG fridge/bottom freezer and an alarm just went off and the frost button came on. I can get the frost button off, but I cannot get the alarm button off and cannot get the temp lower than -11? Please help, don't want to lose my food!

use the food up as at -11 the shelf life is reduced.look through the plastic vent holes at the top front and see if it is a solid block of white ice.if so it could be a defrost issue or a poor compressor/system fault.You can try and manually defrost it for a good 24hrs and then restart it and see if it recovers and starts to work again
