Is a capacitor fitted across mains in Cannon Chichester double oven gas cooker? If so, what is the value? On mine the component measures 45 ohms. Across 240 volts this will draw 5.4 amps.Is this a faulty capacitor or something else?The 3 amp fuse blew on my cooker.
