ferroli modena 80e, central heating wont come on?

i have a ferroli modena 80e boiler.
the central heating wont come on , comes on for on 30 seconds or so. no red lights come on

Can you please tell what is wrong with the boiler then. As I have said before the light for water and heating is on but the bolier shut down warning is not on.
the burner is not igniting.

the light for central heating and hot water is on no red light showing, but burner is not clicking in.
