How can I repair a vhs tape cassette broken at leader tape?
A vhs cassette tape broke at the start of the tape. Can the tape be spliced or repaired enough to make a duplicate copy to keep. It is a tape of old home movies.
Scotch tape works... cut leader and video tape on about a 75* angle... scotch tape both sides... trim tape with scissors to the width of the video & leader.
This worked for me & lasted for many plays..
