electrolux electric top and oven are not working correctly going over temp on both is it cut out or thermostat

could be faulty thermostats BUT how have you come to the conclusion they are all over hot.Have you had a digital thermostat in to check?.cooker needs to be put on 200deg setting and left to run for 1hr before doing a temperature test
