My AEG OKO Lavamat 6100 washing m/c does no get rid of the soapy water after prewash. It appears to go through the amin wash cycle without adding any more water or getting rid of the water already inside. Please help. I cannot hear the motor turning trying to get rid of the water. I have not opened up the m/c yet.

remove the filter and then check with a torch inside the filter housing if the drain pump impellor is jammed/seized up
