the pilot light lights up when I put the water on and the water heats up in my boiler but when I put the heating on the pilot light doesn't light and the radiators don't warm up. If I put both the water and heating on the pilot lights up and the water heats but radiators remain cold.
depends what plan it is ie y plan or s plan etc the zone valve is not switching to ch.you will need to have the affected valve replaced ie y plan you will need a three port valve s plan you will need a zone valve.
