how to fix my boiler?

hi i have just had my diverter valve replaced
and now when i run a bath the central heating
comes on even tho its off and the thermostat
is down can anyone advise thanks billy
my boiler is a vaillant ecoTEC+ 824r1

have availlent boiler everytime we put the hot water tap on, the boiler sounds areoplane taking off,

It's one of three things:
Faulty diverter/motor.
Fitted incorrectly.
Faulty PCB (which indicates it may have not been a diverter problem initially)
