how do I get in ?

I have a bosche KGV2060 fridge freezer and it doesnt seperate the fridge and freezer.I bought a freezer sensor repair kit but I cant find the sensor at all and if its there its located in an inaccessible part of the fridge body.It gives instuctions but they aren't right.what do I do next please
