Door wont open?

My Proline finished washing 45 mins ago but I cant open the door to get the washing out, how do I open it?

sounds like door interlock is faulty to try and open the door make a fist a give the machine a thump by the door interlock if this does not work u have to remove the top of machine and get at it from inside UNPLUG THE MACHINE FIRST
