I have a similar problem with my Bosch HBC84K550B Built in Microwave oven. My wife was cooking a potato at 900W setting, when she heard a loud cracking noise and the inner glass lining was shattered into a thousand bits. I ordered and received a new glass lining from a company on the internet. My problem is refitting the door assembly, has anyone got details how this should be done please?

I dont have time right now to look up the model you have, but if you have not resolved the problem by now feel free to contact me. Word of warning, when ever a door assembly is repaired on a microwave oven it is vital the unit is safety (leak) tested using a professional and calibrated test. The home kits are all useless.
