vcw gb 282 eh hot water but no heating?

hot water works fine but no heating water pressure is good. pump is working fine as well. boiler cuts off as soon water gets hot. divertor valve is new as well please help

there is no 240v on terminal 4 or 5 only on terminal 3. 4&5 connect to room thermostat, do you think the thermostat is packed up.
Yes both micro switches pop out when heating is selected.

There are a number of answers. Firstly is there 240v at terminal 4 on the PCB? If not, fault will be external to the boiler.
If yes:
Look at the diverter, with heating selected on, do both microswitches on the right hand side of the valve 'make'?, if no, possible issue with the servo valve above the water section, try pushing the servo valve arm (behind the servo) down on the right hand side, see if the microswitches make then.

That should be enough for you to go on for now.........
