Does anyone know what my problem is please?

We have an "Ideal" combi boiler.It has worked well for the two years we have had it,but now when we try to get hot water the radiators come on,the boiler still says domestic though.

The answer would generally be the same, diverter valve passing, and/or actuator not operating.
