My Hoover nextr 6167 washer/dryer won't run.

The delay timer leds flashes shortly after starting a program. It flashes 11 times, pauses then flashes 11 times again repeatedly. If I stop the program and move the selector it will do a bit of whatever I put it on to, then returns to the flashing.

Whats wrong with it?
