our kenwood ultrawash dishwasher has performed well for over 5 years. within the last week, however, all of the dishes and flatware show residue after each wash, in spite of use of rinse agent. any suggestions?

remove and clean the spray arms,it should be done often,but no one does it,if you dont clean them the food gets blasted back on the dishes
