I have a logic 4 alarm system with a panic button. Whe i press the panic button the alarm sounds and the only way to syop it is to turn the key to off. However when I turn the system on again the panic alarm goes off. Is there any way to reset the system orthe panic button?

The clue is in your statement "the only way to syop it is to turn the key to off."

That's how PA buttons are designed to work.
