Have a Ravenheat LS80T, we have no hot water or heating, it will not fire up,, fan goes round & can hear ignition clicking but dosn't fire up
have tried hitting hit at top left & top right,, gettting really fed up with having to go to the in-laws for a bath or shower
HELP
