Radio has suddenly become unresponsive????

My Ford Galaxy radio has completely frozen with the cd still playing, I have no acess to anything, None of the buttons are responding, can anybody help me???

Thanks Steve I tried this, and I have the code but still no response, the on/off button is all that works. Every single other button is non responsive. The cd has now stopped but as the buttons are not working i cant input the safety code. Still baffled

disconnect radio and then see if it boots up OK.Make sure you have correct stereo code b4 doing this!
