fitted new brushes to washing machine, but drum still not turning?

ive just fitted 2 new motor brushes to my beko wma 1510s washing machine but drum still not turning, although the motor is making all the right noises. please help.

take the drive belt of the motor shaft,if the motor then runs at the proper speed,then check your belt tension,are you sure that the motor is moving?
