lighting?

took strip light out of shed and put it in new one. Put new plug on cable and plugged in but just keeps tripping the board. Any ideas why????

rewired plug and the light is fairly new, thats why I cant understand it, have checked connections all ok.
just wont light and trips the trip evry time...help
