Why does my laptop sometimes work fine and then sometimes suddenly shut down without any notice ?! it is generally when im playing football manager and the fans gets louder and suddenly goes off ?

The computer is overheating when it is working hard, and shutting itself down to stop permanent damage. Try cleaning the fan(s) and grills with a can of compressed air. If this doesn't work, the laptop will need to be taken apart for a better clean / to check the CPU cooler is seated correctly.
