Where in Ontario can I get my Staples SPL-1580M shredder repaired?

What I am finding out is you can't get ANY parts to fix any Staples Shredders. You must take it to a service center that services Staples shredders then they want to sell you a new shredder instead of fixing yours. No parts are available.
