how can i fix my heatline viso 24?

The hot water works fine but when it reverts back to central heating the flame only stays on for about 10 seconds. just had repair kit fitted on the diverter valve. Made no difference.

The filter on the central heating return valve was all blocked up. Cleaned it, boiler now working fine.
