When I use my timer on my oven, when the time is up it should flash and an acoustic signal will sound for 2 minutes and the oven will switch itself off. The oven does switch off but I have no acoustic signal anymore I have looked in the manual but does not tell you how to fix this!

you have misunderstood the instructions OR the buzzer on the timer has failed.you would have to replace the whole clock/timer if that was the case!
