What do I do????? I'm getting more and more worried that i've list my files, especially because I haven't really backed anything up :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( and I desperately need to do my coursework!!
Does it mean that I have lost all my photos?? My music?? My apps?? My work?????!!!
How do I get these messages off my screen? It doesn't seem to be doing anything at the moment as it says "convert lost chains to files (Y/N)? Yes" WHAT DO I DO??
Are there any sequence of buttons or keys i can type??

Someone please help me! I have no idea what to do, maybe should just leave it? AHHHHHH

This means there is some corruption in the file system. I would go for 'Y' as an answer. This will convert the corruption into files that you could (possibly, but extremely unlikely) recover. If Windows loads up OK, you will need to check all your documents to see what is still working OK. BACK EVERYTHING UP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE since the hard drive could be on it's way out.
